– 박사학위 소지자(임용일 이전 박사학위 취득 예정자 지원 가능)
– 임용에 결격사유가 없는 자(국가공무원법령 준용)
– 영어강의 가능자 (UNIST는 100% 영어강의)
– 여성과학기술인 및 산업체 경력 보유자 적극 지원 장려

□ 특이사항(정착지원 및 처우 등)
– 국립대 상위 수준의 임금 및 교수아파트 시설 입주기회 부여
– 세계 상위 수준의 연구 인프라 보유
– 신임교원 연구장비 및 정착과제 지원
– 여성교원 일․가정 양립을 위한 환경조성: 출산 및 육아휴직(재임용, 승진, 영년직 심사 기한 연장 가능), 출산 및 육아휴직 후 연구비 지원, 출산 후 책임강의시수 단축, 출산축하금, 자녀학비보조수당(고등학교), 신축어린이집(원아 100여명 수용 규모), 여성휴게실(3개소) 등
– 결과 통보일 이후 14일 이내 지원자가 제출한 서류 반환을 요청할 경우, 반환함 (최종합격자 제외, 온라인/전자우편 제출 서류 제외, 반환비용 UNIST 부담)
